Appointment as a mediator will be considered after clearing conflicts and the execution of a mediation agreement by the parties and mediator.

A mediation can be concluded in as little as 1 hour or might last several days or more. After the parties agree to select Attorney Zimmer as a mediator, an initial call will establish the general ground rules for the process.  All parties must enter the process intending to reach an agreement that will settle the dispute at hand.
